Well...she is 7 months now. Ro and I just talked about already missing her being so small and cuddly. Seriously...you blink and the time is gone. Laela is almost 22 lbs and loving it. Of course the majority of her weight is in her cheeks and thighs (okay...a little in her belly too!). Laela is still eating 2nd foods but we have just recently started yogurt, meats, and combo meals (chicken noodle dinner, macaroni and veggies, etc.) We have just started giving her a spoon to try it herself. We help her dip the spoon and then she puts it directly in her mouth! Also, She thinks the sippy cup is a bone as she gnaws on it instead of sucking it. Its a work in progress.
Her physical abilities:
She is STILL working on rolling. She does a great job of teetering on her side, but not rolling over completely. I know she can do it because she has 3 or 4 times but she does not seem to even care that she doesn't roll. Oh well! I just want her to be genius baby! :) Speaking of genius...Laela can pick up things, transfer them from hand to hand, put them in her mouth, and move them where ever she wants them.

All 3 of my guys were late rollers. They could do it, they just didn't. Mine were little Buddhas, too, just like Laela, and I think size has something to do with it, too. She'll roll when she's ready, probably right into a crawl or walk. :)
