At pickup, of course the ladies said he had a great day. There were times of crying and lots of no sleep time, but he did drink all of his bottles and had several wet diapers. I guess that makes for a successful day in baby world! He does miss his Aunt Karri holding him and loving on him during the day, but he will grow to love these ladies at daycare too. I know they will quickly fall for his calm personality, loving hazel eyes, and sweet, cuddly hug!

Dhillon's first day of school....
Today Dhillon started going to daycare with Laela. Of course, he goes to the baby room, and Laela goes to the big girl class. (Laela thinks she has to tell people that, so people know they are not in the same class. It is too funny!)
Before I forget, here is a picture of Laela before her first school day back when she was a baby. Laela started school at 7 weeks old whereas Dhillon started at 12 weeks old.
Anyway, we had an hour earlier start this morning. D woke up at 4:00 instead of his usual 5:00. Ro fed him, put him back to bed, got ready and ended up having to wake him back up to put him in the carseat. He was not a happy camper about that.
Ro dropped both kiddos off to school this morning. He said it went great! Laela wanted to help with Dhillon and make sure she knew where he was at, so she went in and checked out the baby room too. Ro said she was a great helper! The teachers are all super nice. The lead teacher has been in this baby room the past 13 years, so she practically owns the joint and is like a baby whisperer! :)
