Happy Halloween...

Here is our sweet guy before we left the house for the evening... so serious all the time! Where does he get that from?

Then, our Halloween 2011 started out with a parade at Laela's school. I went up there to help the teachers get the kids dressed. WOW! I forgot what it was like to be in a room with 20 3 year old who are "patiently" waiting for a fun event. YIKES! Laela was so excited to be part of a parade. Dhillon slept in the corner (he did not even care that there were crazy 3 year old beasts screaming all around him!). What an awesome little guy! When it was time for the parade to start, Dhillon woke up and got ready to watch as we went outside to wait. What a handsome skeleton! :) He was so excited to see his big sister in the parade. The parade was very fun. It was awesome seeing all of the kids dressed up and Laela can't wait to do it again next year!

Now...off to trick-or-treat!
Laela had the best time. She literally RAN to every house. If we would have let her, she could have hit up at least 3-4 neighborhoods and still been holding strong. :) Every year just continues to get better and better and we have more fun. We had a couple of these pumpkins in our neighborhood and Laela would request to drive by them as often as possible (even when it was still light outside). Can't wait til Christmas lights are put up! Oh! We can't forget about this guy. He came out of no where and scared the pants right off of Laela. She ran away from him 4 times faster than she had been going and when she got to me, she was SHAKING! Poor kiddo. Needless to say, we are still talking about costumes and pretend.

Hope everyone had a fantastic Halloween! The Murthy family (party of 4) did very well and we will be giving candy out to anyone that stops over at our house from now until next year!
