Last night Laela came up with a 102.9 degree temp. (That is her highest yet!) She still ate her dinner and we put her down for bed because she was exhausted. She went right to sleep with no fuss and a few hours later she broke her fever. (She even slept through a party at our house!) This morning she was fine, but got a little temp again this afternoon. It is so hard to know if she feels bad, because she is a little fussy but overall in an okay mood. We gave her some more Motrin and hung out at home today. While she was playing, Laela finally ventured out to find new things. 
Yes...her mode of travel is the backwards slide, but it works for now. She was able to discover the tv stand, fireplace, and basket of toys! Keep on moving baby...there is a lot more around here to find.
